S. District Court in New Orleans, stated “by suing Commissioner Goodell in court, Jonathan opted to use a fair playing field where he has procedural rights and protections to remedy the harm Commissioner Goodell has done to him.”

A day after a report from the allegedly claimed boxing champion Manny Pacquiao quoted a Bible verse from Leviticus calling for the death of a man who lies with a man; Pacquiao went on his boxing defense to clarify his comments.  Pacquiao, who opposes President Barack Obama’s support for gay marriage says he loves and supports gays and lesbians, even though he does not approve of gay marriage.
