One day an angel said quietly, that soon he would bring something special to me;  and of all those wonderful gifts he would bring, who would imagine, who could imagine , who would imagine a king!?  Welcome back to your Spiritual Sports Segment on Rhema Gospel, I’m C.E.E.J.A.Y!

The National League were running the bases last night in Major League Baseball as the San Diego Padres lost 5-3 to the Chicago Cubs as Alfonso Soriano belted a homer, the Cincinnati Reds devastated the Pittsburgh Pirates 8-1 with 3 hits from Jay Bruce, the defending champion St. Louis Cardinals lost by a run 5-4 against the Atlanta Braves with Dan Uggla belting a homerun, the Philadelphia Phillies was defeated by the New York Mets 6-3 as Jeremy Hefner not only earned his first win, but also launched a homerun, while the Washington Nationals lost 3-1 to the Miami Marlins with a homerun from Hanley Ramirez, the Milwaukee Brewers edged out the LA Dodgers 2-1 as Ryan Braun went yard and the Arizona Diamondbacks lost to the San Francisco Giants 3-1 with 8 strikeouts from Ryan Vogelsong.

For your NFL Quick Hits, Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley and wide receiver Titus Young were back on the practice field Tuesday, with security escorts to keep reporters away after both players were involved off the field issues, Cam Newton says he was a bad teammate during his Rookie of the Year 2011 season, but his fellow Carolina Panthers say he just needs to trust them more, after a drawn-out offseason process, HBO has decided to showcase the Miami Dolphins on this summer's version of the hit reality TV series "Hard Knocks”, the New England Patriots announced the release of wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez on Tuesday, the Indianapolis Colts signed the free agent George Foster Tuesday and waived fullback Ryan Mahaffey to clear room on the roster, a lawsuit filed against the NFL Players Association by retirees was dismissed Tuesday by a federal judge, who said she's "empathetic to their concerns" but ruled they had no legal right to hundreds of millions of dollars in additional post-career benefits, 26 year old Johnie Kirton, a fullback with the San Jose SaberCats of the Arena Football League, passed away in Northern California, the team announced Tuesday and the cause of his death was not released and may God rest his soul in peace and finally, Terrell Owens' tenure in the Indoor Football League came to an unceremonious end Tuesday when the Allen Wranglers released the controversial former NFL receiver and loses his ownership stake.  Wow, now what T.
