Tell me, how do you handle the guilt of your past? Tell me, how do you deal with the shame? And how can you smile when your heart is broken and filled with pain?  Tell me what do you give when you've given your all Seems like you can't make it through?  You Just Stand!  Good morning and welcome back to your Spiritual Sports Segment on Rhema on Gospel Radio better than when you heard it yesterday! I’m C.E.E.J.A.Y!  Here We Go!

Raul Ibanez stepped up
twice and became
the hero last night
The American League had two playoff games running the bases in Major League Baseball as the ALDS had two games as the New York Yankees needed 12 total in innings to eke out the one run win over the Baltimore Orioles 3-2 as Raul Ibanez stepped to the plate to pinch hit for Alex Rodriguez, and blasted a homer in the 9th inning to tie the game and said if I can do it once, I can do it twice, and blasted another homer in the 12th inning to seal the deal as the Bronx Bombers now lead the series 2-1 and the Oakland A’s overcame a 2 run deficit to notch the win against the Detroit Tigers 4-3 with Coco Crisp driving in the winning run as the series is now tied 2 games apiece.

For your NFL Quick Hits, Cleveland Browns linebacker Scott Fujita accused Roger Goodell of abusing his power as commissioner for his handling of the New Orleans Saints' bounty case and plans to appeal the suspension, Green Bay Packers running back Cedric Benson, who has had 71 of the team's 111 carries, was placed on injured reserve Wednesday because of a sprained left foot, was placed on the injured reserve list, but was designated to return and must sit out eight games before he can play again, The Elias Sports Bureau, official statistician of the NFL, issued a stats change on Wednesday awarding a 13-yard touchdown pass to Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger on what had been a touchdown run for Rashard Mendenhall in Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles, which had been originally ruled a lateral, the NFL is reviewing the block by New York Jets guard Matt Slauson that ended the season for Houston Texans star linebacker Brian Cushing because of a knee injury, Buffalo Bills defensive end Mark Anderson is out indefinitely after hurting his left knee, and finally, Ryan Kalil, the Carolina Panthers' Pro Bowl center, who took out a full-page ad in The Charlotte Observer to promise fans a championship, won’t be going to the Super Bowl since he will miss the rest of the season due to a Lisfranc injury.
