Truth
is it’s time, to stop playing these games as we need a word, for the people’s
pain. So Lord speak right now, let it fall like rain. Take me to the King, I
don’t have much to bring, my heart and soul in pieces is my offering! Welcome back to your Spiritual Sports Segment

out with 3 RBI’s as the Cardinals take a 2-1 series lead and in the second

| Tracy McGrady taking his talents to China |
In
sporting news, with more than 18,000 points scored during his NBA career, Tracy
McGrady also known as T-Mac, is calling it quits, well at least in the United
States. McGrady, who was not picked up
by an NBA team has decided to retire from The Association and take his talents
to China to play for the Qingdao Doublestar Eagles. McGrady will be the highest
profile player in the Chinese Basketball Association and it is believed that he
has a one year contract worth at least $1 million dollars. McGrady posted a statement on his website
that read in part “I consider myself a student of the game as I have watched, studied
and played with and against the best players in the world. The NBA was my
University and I learned so much. The gratitude I feel is really immeasurable.
I have experienced the best moments a player can experience and have had some
dark ones too. Both equally important in helping shape me into the man I am
today.”
For
your NBA Quick Dribbles, Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant was a late
scratch from last night’s exhibition game against the Portland Trail Blazers
with a right shoulder strain and finally, during one of their conversations in
the summer before free agency began, Brooklyn Nets point guard Deron Williams
told general manager Billy King not to wait and see if he could try to acquire
Dwight Howard, basically to stall on that situation and not have a team.
