NBA Round 2, NCAAF & MLS Scores, NFL w/ Shaved Colts & Jalan McClendon: 11/5, Vol. 266, 2nd Edt'n

Oh Lord, my God, when I in awesome wonder, consider all the worlds Thy hands have made I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder; Thy power throughout the universe displayed. Then sings my soul my Savior God to Thee….How great Thou art, how great Thou art!  Welcome back to your Spiritual Sports Segment on Rhema Gospel Radio, I’m C.E.E.J.A.Y.!

Even Three Spurs can't hold
              this Clipper back!
For Round 2 of your NBA Scores, my home city Orlando Magic were crushed by the Minnesota Timberwolves 90-75 as Luke Ridnour had a game high of 19 points, the Toronto Raptors lost by 3 to the Dallas Mavericks as O. J. Mayo and Chris Kaman each poured in 22 points as they propel the Mavs to their 3rd straight victory, my LA Lakers on the other hand, are going the opposite direction as they were defeated by the Utah Jazz 95-86 as Al Jefferson put up a double-double with 18 points and 10 boards, while the Detroit Pistons lost by 2 to the Sacramento Kings 105-103 with DeMarcus Cousins 21 points and 11 rebounds, the San Antonio Spurs were lambasted by the LA Clippers 106-84 with 22 points and 10 boards from Blake Griffin, 20 points and 11 boards from DeAndre Jordan and 10 points and 12 assists from Chris Paul….wow, what a trio threat and the Cleveland Cavaliers were put on ice by the Golden State Warriors 106-96 as with David Lee’s powerful game of 22 points and 14 dominating rebounds.

Bowling Green wins 6th
                straight game over Ohio
The was on college football that played out on the Grid Iron as Mid-American Conference showcased their teams for the second night in a row as Bowling Green and Ohio were vying to break the 4-1 conference tie to pull in front of the other, but Bowling Green was the one to step up to the plate as they walloped Ohio 26-14 with 181 breaking tackles yards and 2 TD’s from running back Anthon Samuel.

Major League Soccer had two playoff games on the long field as the Houston Dynamo were SHUT OUT by Sporting Kansas City 1-0 and the LA Galaxy pounded the San Jose Earthquakes 3-1.

About 30 Colts shaved their
              head to honor their
              cancer battling coach
For your NFL Quick Hits, nearly three dozen players on the Indianapolis Colts have shaved their heads in a show of support for coach Chuck Pagano, who is undergoing treatment for a form of leukemia,  New York Jets coach Rex Ryan laughed off a league wide player survey that named him the most overrated coach in the NFL, saying he was just happy to finish ahead of nemesis Bill Belichick, Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman said he won't play against the Houston Texans on Sunday night if his wife goes into labor, the NFL fined the San Diego Chargers $20,000 because a member of the equipment staff failed to immediately surrender towels when ordered to do so by a game official against the Denver Broncos on October 15 and the towels in question were not in violation of any NFL rules, Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Todd Herremans suffered foot and ankle injuries in Monday night's loss to the New Orleans Saints and was placed on season-ending injured reserve Wednesday, and finally, West Mecklenburg quarterback Jalan McClendon was kicked out last Friday's 45-10 win over Hough High in the first round of the state 4AA playoffs after pretending to rip open his jersey following a touchdown run like Carolina Panther’s quarterback Cam Newton.
