            For Round II of your NBA scores, the New York Knicks blasted the Milwaukee Bucks 102-88 as Carmelo Anthony filled the nets with 29 points, the Toronto Raptors ran into a bear trap by the Memphis Grizzlies 103-82 as Marreese Speights had 18 points and 12 boards as they held the Raptors to 31% shooting in 2nd half, the Utah Jazz powered past the New Hornets 96-84 as Al Jefferson poured in 19 points, while the Minnesota Timberwolves were contained by the LA Clippers 101-95 as Chris Paul lite it up with 23 points and 11 dimes and James Hardens played on his formed home-court since being traded to the Houston Rockets as they tackled the Oklahoma City Thunder, but the Rockets were sacked by the Thunder 120-98 as Kevin Durant was en fuego with 37 points.

            The Wonderful Women in College Basketball had a plethora of games last night as 2nd ranked UConn whipped, walloped, and whacked Colgate 101-41 with 20 points from Brianna Banks, 8th Georgia smothered Furman 83-47 with 17 points from Khaalidah Miller, 4th ranked Duke lambasted  Michigan 71-54 as Chelsea Gray and Elizabeth Williams lead with19 points apiece, 15th ranked Ohio State was UPSET by #22 North Carolina 57-54 as three players scored 11 points, Georgia Tech was defeated by 14th ranked Purdue 85-73 as KK Houser had it going with 19 points, while Middle Tennessee who is ranked 2nd in the Mid Majors battled in-state rival and 16th ranked Tennessee and gave it all they had as they took the Volunteers to overtime but came up short 88-81 as Bashaara Graves had a double-double of 15 points and 12 rebounds and Ebony Rowe of MTSU also had a double-double with 19 points and 12 boards, 23rd ranked Drayton demolished Wright State 95-73, Eastern Kentucky was dominated by 7th ranked Louisville 76-42, 11th ranked Maryland hammered  #21 Nebraska 90-71, Texas State was destroyed by 18th ranked Oklahoma State 92-55, Grambling State was totally embarrassed by  20th ranked Kansas 101-47 and Miami of Ohio was mollywopped by 9th ranked Kentucky 92-53.

For your NFL Quick Hits, Colin Kaepernick has earned himself a third straight start at quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, the NFL fined the Ndamukong Suh of the Detroit Lions $30,000 for unnecessary roughness because he kicked Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub, but the league didn't suspend him because it couldn't reach a judgment on his intent, Oakland Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain has been informed by the team that he will be released on today, former NFL tight end Jerramy Stevens and current husband of US women’s soccer player Hope Solo has been arrested for a parole violation in Florida, Jared Allen's hit on Lance Louis knocked the Chicago Bears guard out for the rest of the season and earned the Minnesota Vikings defensive end a $21,000 fine from the NFL, and finally, defensive end Jason Babin, released Tuesday by the Philadelphia Eagles, was claimed on Wednesday by the Jacksonville Jaguars….soooo basically, he goes from bad to worse…..huh?!
