Rob Bironas kicked the Titans to victory over the Steelers |
The
National Football League was in full effect for the Thursday Night Football as
the Pittsburgh Steelers was trying to avoid dipping below .500 and the
Tennessee Titans was trying to get on the path of .500 and the Titans were off
to a good start as they led 16-10 going into half-time, but the Steelers would
strike first in the 2nd half as Ben Roethlisberger tossed the rock
for 363 yards and in doing so became the Steeler’s career passing leader. But the Titans would rally despite Matt
Hassellbeck throwing a pick and get the win 26-23 on a field goal from Rob
Bironas as time expired and they also received 91 rushing yards from Chris
Johnson.
