The National Basketball Association was locked and loaded with four games on the slate as the Milwaukee Bucks totally outperformed, totally outdid and totally outpaced, Alliteration, I Love It, the Detroit Pistons 117-90 as Brandon Jennings lite up the scoreboard with 30 points, the Golden State Warriors crushed the Cleveland Cavaliers 108-95 with Klay Thompson erupting for 32 points, the Dallas Mavericks were knock off by the Portland Trailblazers as LaMarcus Aldridge nailed a turnaround buzzing beating jumper to seal the game 106-104 and he finished with a major sized double-double of 29 points and 13 rebounds and the New Orleans Hornets were stopped by my LA Lakers 111-106 with 24 big time points from Dwight Howard and a double-double from Kobe Bryant of 14 points and 11 dimes as the Lakers won their 3rd straight game.

Men’s College Basketball had five ranked teams in action last night as 11th ranked Ohio State muscled past Wisconsin 58-49 with DeShaun Thomas making the nets sizzle with 25 points, 19th ranked North Carolina State was UPSET by unranked Virginia 58-55 as Joe Harris poured in 22 points for the Cavaliers 4th straight win, unranked Indiana State pulled a HUGE UPSET win over 15th ranked Wichita State 68-55 with 17 points from Manny Arop, while Nebraska was left foot stumped and right foot stumped on by #23 Minnesota 84-65 as Rodney Williams led the Golden Gophers with 23 points and unranked Kentucky UPSET 16th ranked Ole Miss to hand them their first loss in the SEC as Kyle Wiltjer powered the Wildcats offense with 26 basket filling points off the bench.

After several UPSETS on Saturday, Men’s College Basketball had only four ranked games on Sunday as 2nd ranked Michigan whacked Illinois 74-60 with 19 points from Trey Burke, 13th ranked Michigan State lost a close one to 7th ranked Indiana 75-70 as Victor Oladipo lite it up with 21 points, 17th ranked Creighton literally smacked Southern Illinois upside the head 81-51 as Doug McDermott notched a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds and 25th ranked Miami of Florida literally spanked Florida State 71-47 as Trey McKinney Jones scored 15 points as the Hurricanes are undefeated in the ACC.

The Lovely Ladies of Women’s College Basketball was jammed packed with games as I run down scores of the top eight ranked games on Sunday as 4th ranked Duke pasted, pummeled and pulverized, Alliteration, I Love It, Boston College 80-56 for their 34th straight ACC home win, 5th ranked Kentucky dominated LSU 73-60 with 17 career high points from Azia Bishop, 6th ranked Stanford crushed 20th ranked Colorado 69-56 as Chiney Ogwumike notched another double-double of 20 points and 12 boards, 7th ranked California made Utah wobble, wobble with a 71-54 drubbing as Lyshia Clarendon poured in 23 points, while 8th ranked Penn State simply befuddled Ohio State 71-56 for their 14th straight Big Ten win, 10th ranked Maryland whipped, whomped and walloped, Alliteration, I Told You I Love It, Clemson 80-40 with 4 3’s for a total of 16 points from Katie Rutan, 11th ranked North Carolina’s Danielle Butt’s had a Buzzer Beating Basket, Alliteration, to oust Miami of Florida 64-62 and 13th ranked Louisville avoided the upset by getting past St. John’s 57-54 as Antonita Slaughter netted 22 points.

There was a Sunbelt Battle between Middle Tennessee and Western Kentucky as the Blue Raiders outpaced, outperformed and outplayed the Hilltoppers 79-57 with 28 basket filling career high points from Kortni Jones and Ebony Rowe contributed another double-double of 13 points and 12 boards.

The National Basketball Association was on and poppin’ with seven games on the hard-court as the defending champions Miami Heat needed double overtime but couldn’t get past the Boston Celtics as they lost 100-98 as Paul ‘The Truth’ Pierce netted a triple-double of 17 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists, the OKC Thunder ran into my LA Lakers as Kobe Bryant again passed out 14 dimes for the 2nd consecutive game along with 21 points as the Lakers put the quiet storm on the Thunder 105-96, the Detroit Pistons edged my home-city Orlando Magic 104-102 as Brandon Knight scores a career high of 31 points, the New Orleans Hornets ran past the Memphis Grizzlies 91-83 as Ryan Anderson drained 7 3’s for 22 points, while the Atlanta Hawks was defeated by the New York Knicks as Carmelo Anthony sanked 9 3’s and made the nets sizzle with 42 points, the Phoenix Suns was blasted by the Dallas Mavericks 110-95 as Dirk Nowitzki netted 18 points and passed Allen Iverson on the career scoring list and the Portland Trailblazers were walloped by the LA Clippers 96-83 with 23 points from Blake Griffin.

The National Basketball Association showcased games on TNT per usual on Thursday nights as my home-city Orlando Magic lost by 2 against the Toronto Raptors 97-95 with 22 points from DeMar DeRozan, the New York Knicks outplayed the Boston Celtics 89-86 as Carmelo Anthony put up 28 for the 1st game on TNT and in the 2nd game on TNT, the LA Clippers were scorched by the Phoenix Suns 93-89 as Goran Dragic chipped in 24 points and Chris Paul of the Clippers sat out yet again with his nagging knee issue.

The National Hockey League were doing their thing on the frozen court as the Nashville Predators got past the Minnesota Wild 3-1, the Dallas Stars defeated the Detroit Red Wings 2-1, the New Jersey Devils SHUT OUT the Philadelphia Flyers 3-0, the Montreal Canadiens pounded the Florida Panthers 4-1, while the Tampa Bay Lightning struck down the Carolina Hurricanes 4-1, the Winnipeg Jets got past the Washington Capitals 4-2, the San Jose Sharks crushed the Edmonton Oilers 6-3, the defending champions LA Kings were outskated by the Colorado Avalanche 3-1 and the St. Louis Blues lost to the Chicago Blackhawks 3-2.

Men’s College Basketball was ballin’ last night as fans witnessed one major UPSET however comma I digress as #3 Kansas ousted 11th ranked Kansas State 59-55 for their 16th consecutive win with a double-double from Jeff Withey, 5th ranked Louisville was UPSET by unranked Villanova73-64 with 15 points from Ryan Arcidiacona, 13th ranked Michigan avoided an upset by getting past Wisconsin 49-47 as Keith Appling netted 19 points, while Iowa couldn’t handle 14th ranked Ohio State and lost 72-63 with 16 points from DeShaun Thomas, 18th ranked North Carolina State was UPSET by unranked Wake Forest 86-84 with Devin Thomas playing outside of his mind with 25 points and 14 boards and South Carolina was defeated by 22nd ranked Missouri 71-65 as Earnest Ross rose off the bench to net 21 points.

The ladies only had one ranked game last night as 13th ranked Louisville escapes the upset against Marquette by one measly point 64-63 with Shoni Schimmel netting 19 points.
