Hurricanes defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs 3-1, the Washington Capitals
knocked off the Tampa Bay Lighting 4-3, while the Montreal Canadiens needed OT
to SHUT OUT the Florida Panthers 1-0, the Phoenix Coyotes were SHUT OUT
by the Nashville Predators 3-0 and the Colorado Avalanche got past the
Minnesota Wild 4-3 in a shoot-out.
