NCAAW & NHL Scores & Quick News & Notes Feat. Todd Helton & Oscar Pistorious' Races Canceled: 2/18 - 2nd Edt'n - Vol. 321

I've had some problems, some great and some small, You being God delivered me from them all; still can't believe all the ways you've made; an incredible God deserves incredible praise!  Welcome back to your Spiritual Sports Segment on Rhema Gospel Radio, I’m C.E.E.J.A.Y.

Skylar Diggins led all scores
in Norte Dame's win over Marquette
Women’s College Basketball had a plethora of ranked games as I run down the top eight ranked games with Skylar Diggins leading 2nd ranked Norte Dame with 23 points as they put a 87-49 drubbing on Marquette, 4th ranked Stanford earned their 15th consecutive victory over UCLA 68-57 as Chiney Ogwumke was a dominating force with 26 points, 5th ranked Duke cruised past Wake Forest 81-70 with a double-double from Haley Peters of 13 points and 12 rebounds,  6th ranked Cal got past USC 72-64 as Layshia Clarendon notched 22 points, while 7th ranked Maryland toppled, trounced, and tantalized, Alliteration, I Love It, Virginia 73-44 with Alyssa Thomas making the nets sing hallelujah with 27 points and 13 boards, 10th ranked Louisville demolished DePaul 81-55 as Bria Smith scored a career high of 21 points, 12th ranked Tennessee pummeled Vanderbilt 83-64 with 17 points from Meighan Simmons and 13th ranked Georgia got the win over Florida 62-57 as Jasmine Hassell posted 16 points and along with the same amount of rebounds.

The New York Rangers skated
                 past the Washington Capitals
The National Hockey League was skating around last night with seven games as the St. Louis Blues needed a shoot-out to hold off the Vancouver Canucks 4-3, the Pittsburgh Penguins defeated the Buffalo Sabres 4-3, the defending champs LA Kings lost by a goal 3-2 against the Chicago Blackhawks, the Boston Bruins edged the Winnipeg Jets 3-2, while the Calgary Flames knocked off the Dallas Stars 4-3, the Detroit Red Wings lost to the Minnesota Wild 3-2 and the Washington Capitals were handled by the New York Rangers 2-1.

Oscar Pistorious' agent
               has canceled all
                future races
For your 2nd Segment Quick News & Notes, Colorado Rockies first baseman Todd Helton fought tears as he apologized Sunday and asked for forgiveness at the start of spring training after he was arrested for DUI, looking for something that's a little more evolved than the Wonderlic, the NFL will introduce a counterpart to the much-criticized intelligence test at this week's combine, according to an report, and finally, Oscar Pistorius' track career was put on hold indefinitely Sunday because of his murder charge against his girlfriend as his agent was forced to cancel all future races.
