            Women’s College Basketball seemed like they had games all over the Earth as I run down the top eight ranked games as Skylar Diggins was ballin’ outside of her mind with her 2nd career triple double of 17 points, 10 rebounds and 10 dimes as Norte Dame literally smacked DePaul upside the head 84-56, 4th ranked Stanford hammered Oregon 74-50 behind Chiney Ogwumike’s 52nd career double-double of 27 scorching hot points and 24 glass grabbing rebounds, 5th ranked Duke dominated 8th ranked Maryland 75-59 as they clinched the regular season ACC title, 6th ranked Cal nearly avoided an upset by getting past Oregon State 58-56 as Layshia Clarendon poured in 26 points, while 7th ranked Penn State outpaced Michigan 68-57 with 21 points from Maggie Lucas, 8th ranked Kentucky was UPSET by unranked LSU 77-72 as Jeanne Kennedy notched 22 points, 10th ranked Texas A&M was UPSET by unranked Vanderbilt 61-51 as Tiffany Clarke made nets sizzle with 30 points and 11th ranked Tennessee edged out Arkansas 60-54 with 15 points from Meighan Simmons.

            The National Hockey League skated on the frozen court on Sunday with eight games as the Boston Bruins demolished the Florida Panthers 4-1, the Winnipeg Jets defeated the New Jersey Devils 4-2, the Vancouver Canucks was whipped, whacked wang-tanged, Alliteration, I Love It, by the Detroit Red Wings 8-3, the Carolina Hurricanes powered past the New York Islanders 4-2, while the Columbus Blue Jackets were SHUT OUT by the Chicago Blackhawks 1-0, the Tampa Bay Lighting lost 5-3 to the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Calgary Flames eked out the one goal win 5-4 over the Phoenix Coyotes and overtime was needed as the Colorado Avalanche knocked off the Dallas Stars.
