           The National Basketball Association had only three games on the hard-court last night as the Boston Celtics got the best of the slumping Philadelphia 76ers 109-101 as Avery Bradley led all scorers with 22 points, the Denver Nuggets defeated the Sacramento Kings 120-113 with 24 points from Ty Lawson and the OKC Thunder handled my LA Lakers 122-105 with Russell Westbrook erupting for 37 points and 10 boards.

            Men’s College Basketball had six ranked games in action last night and 2nd ranked Indiana suffered yet another UPSET loss, this time against 14th ranked Ohio State 67-58 as Deshaun Thomas led all scorers with 18 points, 3rd ranked Duke literally spanked Virginia Tech with 20 points from Seth Curry, 9th ranked Kansas State outlasted TCU 79-68 as Angel Rodriguez notched a dynamic double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds, while 15th ranked Marquette got past Rutgers 60-54 as Vander Blue blasted the Scarlet Knights for 22 points, 24th ranked Norte Dame annihilated, abolished and annulled, Alliteration, I Love It, St. Johns 66-40 with 21 points from Jerian Grant as the game was marred by a fight between the teams and 25th ranked Memphis barely got past UTEP 56-54 with 15 points off the bench from Chris Crawford.
