            Men’s College Basketball had six ranked games in action last night and 2nd ranked Indiana suffered yet another UPSET loss, this time against 14th ranked Ohio State 67-58 as Deshaun Thomas led all scorers with 18 points, 3rd ranked Duke literally spanked Virginia Tech with 20 points from Seth Curry, 9th ranked Kansas State outlasted TCU 79-68 as Angel Rodriguez notched a dynamic double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds, while 15th ranked Marquette got past Rutgers 60-54 as Vander Blue blasted the Scarlet Knights for 22 points, 24th ranked Norte Dame annihilated, abolished and annulled, Alliteration, I Love It, St. Johns 66-40 with 21 points from Jerian Grant as the game was marred by a fight between the teams and 25th ranked Memphis barely got past UTEP 56-54 with 15 points off the bench from Chris Crawford.

            The National Hockey League was jammed packed with  eleven games on the frozen hard-court as the Chicago Blackhawks continue to dominate while winning their franchise best 10th consecutive victory and extend their points streak to 29 games as they tamed the Minnesota Wild 5-3, the Winnipeg Jets were pummeled 4-1 by the Florida Panthers, the Colorado Avalanche lost to the Detroit Red Wings 2-1, the Columbus Blue Jackets got past the Edmonton Oilers in a shoot-out 4-3, the Philadelphia Flyers were defeated by the New York Rangers 4-2, overtime was needed as the Washington Capitals knock off the Boston Bruins 4-3, the Buffalo Sabres came up weeee bit short 4-3 against the Carolina Hurricanes, while the Tampa Bay Lighting pitchforked the New Jersey Jersey 5-2, the Montreal Canadiens were demolished, dominated and destroyed, Alliteration, I Love It, by the New York Islanders 6-3, the San Jose Sharks won in a shoot-out over the Vancouver Canucks 3-2 and the St. Louis Blues were pounded by the defending champions LA Kings 6-4.
