The Warriors sweeeeep the Jazz
Welp, just like the Cleveland Cavaliers swept their opponents in the 1st and 2nd rounds, the Golden State Warriors had their own sweep and the Warriors set a franchise record with eight straight playoff wins to start a postseason. The Warriors were like a Maserati, started fast out of the gate and went on a 39 – 17 run in the 1st period, but the Utah Jazz were not going away easily as they went on a 35 – 21 run in the 2nd period. However comma after halftime, the Warriors put the Rati on cruise control at 103 MPH and glanced every now and again in the rearview mirror and went on to stymie, stifle and stall, Alliteration, I Love It, the Jazz 121 – 95. Steph Curry carried the load last night and was very efficient with 30 points on 15 shots  along with 7 assists and Draymond Green notched his 3rd career postseason triple-double with 17 points, 10 rebounds and 10 dimes. For News and Notes, much like the San Antonio Spurs losing a player for the remainder of the playoffs due to an injury, Houston Rockets reserve big man Nene also will miss the remainder of the playoffs because of a torn left adductor, the NBA launched NBA Academy, which is an elite training center in India to tap into and develop new talent. According to Kendrick Perkins, former teammate of Kevin Durant and Russel Westbrook in Oklahoma, indicated the freeze is over and Durant and West are on speaking terms and finally, Dwight Howard was pulled over the morning of the Atlanta Hawks Game 6 for speeding. No biggie, I speed all the time. But the difference between me and Howard, besides the Audi Rs7 that he was driving which is a weeee bit out of my budget, the car wasn’t registered and had no insurance! Come on man!!! All the paper, cheddar, loot you have and no insurance! SMH, SMH.
