There are times when you can't seem to find your way and the skies are dark, you can't feel night from day. I want you to put a smile on your face, keep holding on because brighter days are coming and it won't be long. Don’t worry…it’s alright, it’s okay.

Good morning, good afternoon or good evening! Whichever time of day you find your ears listening to the sound that is flowing from your speakers! Welcome back to CeeJay’s Spiritual Sports Segment NBA Edition on ceejaysports.com where I Sprinkle a Little Spiritually in your Sports! Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinal was filled dramatics, emotions, multiple technical fouls and if that wasn’t enough, overtime was needed for a winner to be claimed as the Boston Celtics and the Washington Wizards battled on the hardcourt! The point guards of both teams showed what they were made of as Isaiah Thomas of the C’s and John Wall of the Wizards became the first opposing players to score 40+ points since 2010 and Wall became the first player in Wizards franchise history to post 37+ points and 10+ assists in a playoff game. But it was Thomas motoring through major dental work since his front tooth was knocked out during Game 1 and the emotional drain of the passing of his sister who would have celebrated her 23rd birthday yesterday Showed Up and Showed Out as he torched the Wizards for 53 points while playing 53 minutes and 9 points in OT and was one point shy of Celtics great John Havlicek’s playoff franchise record as the Celtics take a commanding 2 – 0 lead over the Wizards with a 129 – 119 overtime win. On the West Coast, Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinal pitted the Golden State Warriors against the Utah Jazz as the Warriors were off a week, started a little sluggish but cranked it up later in the game as Steph Curry scored a game high of 22 points and only needed three quarters to do it. Kevin Durant and Draymond Green each scored 17 as the Warriors cruised passed the Jazz 106 – 94 to take 1 – 0 series lead.
