LeBron James working the glass
Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semi’s was much like Game 1 as the Cleveland Cavaliers steamrolled the Toronto Raptors 125 – 103 as LeBron James scorched the nets for 39 sizzling points en route to passing the Great Skyhook himself in Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for 2nd on the scoring list for the playoffs and now sits at 5,777 points. Kyrie Irving of course contributed to the steamrolling party with 22 points and Channing Frye knocked in 18 off the bench. The Raptors may have some concern heading back across the border as Kyle Lowry sprained his ankle in the 3rd quarter and did not return and finished with 20 points on the night.

James Harden was not match
against Kawhi Leonard
Skipping over to my state of residence in Texas, Game 2 of the Western Conference Semi’s was nothing like their Game 1 as the San Antonio Spurs actually woke up for this game as they bamboozled, branded and broke down, Alliteration, I Love It, the Houston Rockets 121 – 96 as Kawhi Leonard was silky smooth with 34 points to go along with 8 assists and 7 rebounds and Tony Parker netted 18 points. But as the Spurs won they likewise lost the aforementioned Parker in the 4th quarter to what appears to be a serious leg injury and wasn’t able to put any weight on his left leg after the game and will undergo an MRI today. As for the Rockets, James Harden had a game he would like to forget as he finished with only 13 points on 3 for 17 shooting. Ouch.
